Chimichurri Sauce is a delicious easy to blend together sauce that accompanies BBQ meat, vegetables, sandwich or dip for crudités.

Ingredients
  • 1-3 cloves of garlic or to taste
  • a small bunch of flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
  • a small bunch of coriander, roughly chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh or 1 heaped teaspoon dried oregano
  • 150ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
Method
  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend to a thick paste.
Tips
If the blender is sticking, add a little water to resume blending.
For those who suffer from a garlic allergy, the sauce tastes as delicious without garlic.
